Rebel Barre class is a low-impact, full-body workout blending ballet, Pilates, and yoga, using a ballet barre for support during small, precise, high-repetition movements (pulses) to fatigue and tone muscles, build strength, and improve flexibility.

Our classes welcome all levels! Show up to class 10-15 minutes early and we will make sure you are comfortable with the equipment and we can discuss your class goals.
Yes, Rebel offer's safe & effective Prenatal Fitness: Most of our classes are adaptable for all pregnancy stages. We provide expert modifications, from core support to balance adjustments, to keep you comfortable, strong, and moving well. Please let us know if you are expecting before class!
